Bandon Athletic Club Company Limited By Guarantee is a community-driven athletics organisation affiliated to Athletics Ireland. Based in Bandon, County Cork, the club offers athletes of all ages the chance to compete in track-and-field, cross-country and road events, while providing structured training sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings (7 pm-9 pm) at the C.I.T. track. Members pay a modest €2 charge per training night and must be fully paid-up to take part, with new registrations handled through an online form.

The club is currently finalising a state-of-the-art athletics track, having completed the tarmac base, tartan surface and lane markings. Ongoing work includes safety fencing, in-field lighting and essential equipment, funded by government grants, Cork County Council, local sponsors and community fundraising. Sponsorship and track-side hoarding opportunities are now open for businesses wishing to support the facility and the club's thriving programme, which includes a summer camp for young athletes and representation at national and European championships. Bandon AC's legacy is underpinned by decades of volunteer dedication and a strong focus on nurturing talent from grassroots to elite level.
