WAU Fusion Limited is a family‑run hospitality group that has been delighting diners across County Meath for the past 15 years. Operating two stylish restaurants – one in the historic castle town of Trim and the other in the picturesque town of Ratoath – WAU offers a vibrant blend of Asian cuisine, from expertly crafted sushi and innovative rolls to sizzling hot dishes inspired by Malaysian, Indonesian, Japanese, Thai and Chinese flavours.

The menu showcases fresh, high‑quality ingredients, with options such as gluten‑free and MSG‑free plates, and a selection of freezing‑cold cocktails that complement the bold, aromatic meals. The dining rooms are elegantly appointed with modest lighting, candle‑lit tables and authentic Asian art, comfortably seating 130‑200 guests for everything from intimate dinners to larger celebrations. Live music nights, featuring the Filipino band “Tropical Storm”, add an extra layer of enjoyment.
