NTR GREEN ENERGY IRE HOLDINGS Designated Activity Company is a specialist infrastructure investor with almost five decades of experience, of which 26 years have been dedicated to clean‑energy projects across Europe. The firm raises and deploys capital to develop, construct and operate renewable‑energy assets – principally on‑shore wind, solar farms and battery‑storage facilities – delivering sustainable infrastructure that powers homes and reduces carbon emissions.

Through a series of purpose‑built funds, NTR offers institutional investors long‑term, “hold‑for‑life” exposure to proven technologies. Its flagship vehicles include Fund 3 – L&G NTR Clean Power (Europe) III, launched in 2023 in partnership with LGIM, which now manages 1 125 MW of wind, solar and storage across 14 sites in six countries. Earlier funds have added 500 MW (Fund 2, 2018
