Positive Futures: Achieving Dreams Transforming Lives Company Limited By Guarantee is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disability, acquired brain injury or autism. Since 1995 the charity has been championing the belief that a person's disability does not define their potential, helping people of all ages realise their hopes, dreams and ambitions and become valued members of their communities.

The charity offers a suite of services for both children and adults, including specialised clinical support, partnership and consultancy programmes, and a range of opportunities for work or volunteering. Its clinical services provide tailored therapeutic interventions, while the partnership and consultancy arm works with families, schools and other organisations to promote inclusive practices. Current vacancies are also advertised, inviting passionate individuals to join the team.

Having built a strong reputation across Northern Ireland, Positive Futures is now extending its positive impact to the whole island of Ireland, fostering a more inclusive society one life at a time.
