IRISH SAILING FOUNDATION COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

The Irish Sailing Foundation (ISF) is a charitable organisation dedicated to nurturing Ireland's next generation of elite sailors. By funding Irish Sailing's Performance Pathway programmes, the ISF creates a clear route from the pier to the podium, giving talented young athletes the resources they need to compete on the world stage.

Through donations from individuals and corporate partners, the ISF has invested almost €3 million since its inception in 2015. This support has enabled over 300 sailors to access world-class coaching, sport-science expertise-including physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, nutrition and data analysis-and essential equipment such as support boats. The foundation also provides bursaries, logistical assistance and capital projects like the Performance HQ in Dun Laoghaire, helping to raise the overall standard of Irish sailing.

Based in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, the ISF works closely with Irish Sailing to ensure that the nation's sailing talent receives the financial backing and professional infrastructure required to achieve success from youth levels through to the Olympic squad.
