The Independent Guardian Ad Litem Agency Limited (TIGALA) is a specialist organisation dedicated to giving children a clear voice in the courts. Appointed as independent Guardians ad Litem, their team - led by Director Eugene Bigley and CEO Claire Quinn - works alongside judges, solicitors, social workers and families to ensure that a child's wishes, needs and best interests remain central to every decision affecting their future. Their Guardians bring at least a decade of experience with children and families, and they operate across the District, Circuit, High, Supreme and European courts, as well as in cases involving the Mental Health Act or custody disputes.

Beyond direct representation, TIGALA runs a series of professional conferences, such as "Getting It Right: Striving for Stability for Children in Care" and "Getting It Generational Trauma", to share best practice and promote a collaborative approach among all stakeholders.
