Look Good Feel Better Ireland is a charitable organisation that empowers people undergoing cancer treatment to manage the visible side-effects of their therapy. By offering free, professionally-led skincare and make-up workshops-both in-person and online-the programme helps participants rebuild confidence and maintain a sense of normality during a challenging period. Since its launch, more than 12,000 individuals across Ireland have benefited from the supportive, hands-on sessions delivered by qualified beauty therapists and make-up artists.

The core service is a series of self-care workshops that teach practical techniques for dealing with treatment-related changes to the skin, hair and nails. In addition, the organisation runs a "Beauty Box" scheme, where a curated selection of donated cosmetics-valued at over €100-is sold for €25, with all proceeds directly funding the free workshops. Through these initiatives, Look Good Feel Better Ireland strives to make the programme an integral part of cancer care in the country, improving well-being and confidence for anyone facing a cancer diagnosis.
