Safco Fine Foods Ltd. is a Dublin‑based artisan food producer founded in 2012 by chef‑entrepreneur Mohammed Rashid. Drawing on more than two decades of culinary experience, Safco creates wholesome, ready‑made meals that bridge the gap between health‑conscious eating and great flavour. The company’s core range centres on 100 % gluten‑free, dairy‑free falafel – available in classic, sweet‑potato and beetroot varieties – and matching falafel burgers, all packed with plant‑based protein. Complementary products include a selection of soups, sauces, hummus, organic, additive‑free juices, and crisp apple or apple‑and‑cinnamon snacks. Safco is proud to be Ireland’s first commercial falafel manufacturer and offers a fully halal line alongside its vegan options, catering to both retail shelves and the food‑service sector.

Ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible, resulting in lower sugar and fat levels than comparable products, and the range contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
