Working exclusively with the sixth‑generation fishing vessel MFV Atlantic Rose, the company ensures that every catch of *Nephrops norvegicus* – known locally as Dublin Bay prawn, Norway lobster or langoustine – is graded, packed and blast‑frozen on board within minutes of haul, preserving the natural flavour and texture of the sea‑grown crustacean.

The firm’s value‑chain bridges the Atlantic Rose to chefs, retailers and foodservice operators across Ireland and beyond. After the rapid on‑board processing, the frozen cargo is transferred to purpose‑built freezer trucks, then to Wild Irish Seafood’s own facility where it is stored under strict temperature control before being dispatched in 3 kg inner cartons (grouped in 3 × 3 kg master cartons) to customers’ doors. Their prawns are sustainably sourced from the Labadie and Porcupine banks at depths of around 200 metres, guaranteeing a product of exceptional colour, firmness and taste.
