Cava Restaurant Limited, trading as Cava Bodega, is a Galway-based eatery that celebrates the vibrant flavours of Spanish cuisine through a relaxed, communal dining experience. Founded in 2008 by JP McMahon and Drigín Gaffey, the restaurant offers an extensive tapas menu featuring more than 70 regional dishes, all prepared with locally sourced fish, meat and vegetables to support Irish farmers and producers.

The drink selection is equally specialised, focusing exclusively on Spanish wines and sherries, with a strong emphasis on natural and organic vintages.
