Bandon A.F.C. Company Limited By Guarantee is a community-driven football club that provides organised sport for players of all ages across the Bandon area. The club fields senior, junior and under-age sides competing in the Munster Senior League and local schoolboy competitions, with a strong record of league promotions and cup victories at U13, U14, U15 and U18 levels.

A key focus of the organisation is its School of Excellence, which runs dedicated training sessions for both boys and girls (including a girls-only programme on Fridays) for players born between 2015 and 2020. Co-ordinated by experienced coaches, the programme aims to develop technical skills, tactical understanding and a love of the game, feeding talent into the club's competitive teams. Bandon A.F.C. also celebrates its achievements through regular match reports, top-scorer listings and community news, reinforcing its role as a vibrant hub for football enthusiasts in the region.
