The Association of Irish Racecourses (A.I.R.) is the collective voice for the twenty-six racecourses that make up Ireland's vibrant horse-racing landscape. As a company limited by guarantee, A.I.R. represents the owners and operators of these venues, ensuring that the grounds, surfaces and facilities required for top-class racing are maintained to the highest standards.

Beyond stewardship of the physical venues, A.I.R. plays a pivotal role in promoting Irish horse racing on both national and international stages. It coordinates the annual fixtures list, offers an Owners Scheme that grants free access to around one hundred meetings each year, and provides a hub of information through FAQs and regular news updates. By working closely with key stakeholders, the media and the wider racing community, the association helps showcase the sport's excitement and heritage to a global audience.
