The Brick Oven Limited is a family-run eatery that brings the authentic taste of wood-fired pizza to its guests. At the heart of the restaurant is a hand-crafted brick oven, built in 1997 from heat-resistant concrete and blocks. Heated to 500-550 °F with oak and other hardwoods, the oven can bake up to ten large pizzas at once, delivering a crisp, flavour-rich crust in just seven to ten minutes using the kitchen's own dough and signature brick-oven sauce.

The venue operates on a seasonal winter timetable, closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and manages high demand by limiting each table to a 90-minute slot. While the menu showcases a range of handmade dishes, the kitchen cannot guarantee that every item is gluten-free due to the substantial amount of flour used. The Brick Oven offers a warm, informal setting where diners can watch the pizza-making process and enjoy a truly rustic dining experience.
