The Irish Surfing Association Company Limited By Guarantee is the recognised National Governing Body for the sport of surfing across the thirty-two counties of Ireland. As a voluntary organisation, it brings together surf clubs, schools and community groups to develop, represent and regulate the activity at every level, from short-boarding and long-boarding to body-boarding, kneeboarding, stand-up paddle surfing, skim-boarding, body-surfing and tow-surfing.

The Association supports its members through a range of services, including the coordination of surf clubs and schools, the organisation of national events and competitions, and the publication of a regular newsletter and contest calendar. It also provides a platform for ideas, reports and feedback, helping to shape the future of Irish surfing and promote participation for all ages and abilities.
