Eco Restaurant Limited is a family-run eatery based in the heart of Douglas, just a few miles from Cork city centre. Since opening its doors in 1996, Eco has built a reputation for vibrant, globally-inspired dishes that showcase the very best of local Irish produce. The menu blends exotic flavours - most notably the restaurant's celebrated curry, now available in a convenient six-pot "Curry by Post" box for up to fifteen meals - with comforting, home-cooked favourites, homemade desserts and freshly roasted coffee.

The restaurant operates seven days a week, offering both dine-in service and a €24 set menu for collection. Guests can also order online for collection, purchase gift vouchers, and buy sauce packs and cakes via social media. While a full catering service is slated to launch soon, Eco already provides a flexible range of options for private parties, family meals and corporate events. An extensive wine list and a dedicated confectioner round out the experience, ensuring there's something to delight every palate.
