Sonairte the National Ecology Centre is an interactive visitor centre and educational charity dedicated to fostering ecological awareness and sustainable living across Ireland. Set on the banks of the River Nanny, the centre invites the public to explore its walled organic garden, nature and heritage trails, a bee museum, and an eco-shop, offering a hands-on experience of biodiversity and low-impact living.

Its popular veg-box scheme supplies locally grown, certified organic produce, available for collection or delivery, supporting both healthy eating and the local ecosystem.
