The Irish Youth Orchestra Company Limited by Guarantee operates the National Youth Orchestra of Ireland, the island's premier ensemble for young musicians aged 14-20. By offering intensive residential courses, performance tours, master-classes and high-level orchestral training, the organisation nurtures talent and enables participants to experience the full symphonic repertoire, from Stravinsky's *Rite of Spring* to Strauss's *Ein Heldenleben*.
