Founded by Bernie Dempsey, a mother of four with a Diploma in Spirituality from Maynooth College, the company designs and delivers half‑day or full‑day spiritual retreats that nurture the mind, body and spirit of young people, helping them discover and radiate their inner light.

Their flagship services include on‑site school retreats – no travel or extra logistics required – and destination experiences in historic, sacred sites such as St Enda’s Park in Rathfarnham and the monastic landscape of Glendalough. Each programme blends mindfulness practice, creative expression, guided reflection and group sharing, fostering emotional resilience, self‑awareness and confidence. The retreats are fully inclusive, welcoming participants of all faiths (or none) and are led by a passionate team of experienced facilitators dedicated to youth empowerment.
