The centre’s core services include timed sauna sessions, invigorating ice‑cold plunges, and ambient outdoor lounging enhanced by subtle sound, gentle steam and a crackling fire. Kilkenny Grand Sauna also caters to groups and private events, and offers three membership tiers—Explorer, Adventure and Pathfinder—each granting a set number of sessions over a minimum three‑month commitment. A limited pre‑sale of 110 founding‑member spots is available to early supporters, with a special launch week giveaway of 20 free sessions.
