L'ARCHE IRELAND

L'Arche Ireland is a vibrant part of the global L'Arche network, which now spans more than 160 communities worldwide. In Ireland the organisation brings together people with and without intellectual disabilities to share life, friendship and purpose in its Cork and Kilkenny sites.

The core of L'Arche Ireland's work is its Day Projects, offering adults with intellectual disabilities a range of meaningful activities from Monday to Friday. Complementing this, the Supported Living service provides personalised assistance for individuals with a variety of needs, including intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, physical, sensory and mental-health challenges. Both programmes are designed to foster independence, skill-development and genuine community belonging.

L'Arche also welcomes volunteers, including "live-in" assistants, to join its blended team of paid staff and dedicated volunteers. By combining professional support with the warmth of shared living, L'Arche Ireland creates an inclusive environment where every person can thrive.
