Co Wexford Community Workshop (New Ross) Company Limited By Guarantee, trading as Cumas, is a not-for-profit organisation that provides person-centred support for adults with disabilities. Guided by the vision "Individualisation Towards a Better Life", Cumas empowers each individual to make choices, develop independence and pursue the goals that matter most to them. Services are delivered through a collaborative approach that places the service user at the heart of planning, enabling participants to shape the supports they receive and to take responsibility for their own lives.

A flagship offering is the School Leavers Ability Project, co-funded by the Irish Government and the European Social Fund. This programme assists up to 30 school leavers with disabilities as they transition from education to "ordinary lives in ordinary places", providing personalised planning, outreach support and workshops on managing change. By working closely with families, schools and health professionals, Cumas helps young adults establish community links, access further education and secure the practical skills needed for independent living.

Based in New Ross, County Wexford, Cumas serves individuals across the surrounding counties, continually evolving its services through reflection, feedback and a commitment to high-quality, ability-focused support.
