LC Management & Promotions Limited is a specialist sports‑agent agency founded in 2003 that focuses exclusively on professional road cyclists, both men and women. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience, the firm works side‑by‑side with riders throughout the season – often spending over 100 days on race‑weeks worldwide – to ensure that every aspect of their career is expertly managed.

The agency offers a full suite of services, from scouting and contract negotiation to the drafting of commercial agreements, fiscal and legal assistance, and bespoke training in communication and marketing. It also provides guidance on post‑career planning and handles social‑media and public‑relations duties, allowing athletes to concentrate fully on performance. LC Management holds the official agent licences issued by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) and the French Cycling Federation, and it was among the first agencies to join the MPCC (Mouvement pour un Cyclisme Crédible) in 2014.
