THI WALK Limited, trading as WALK, is a charitable organisation dedicated to empowering people with intellectual disabilities to lead full, independent lives. Guided by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, WALK provides a values‑driven suite of supports that enable individuals to participate equally in education, employment, cultural life and community living. All services are accessed through a referral from HSE Disability Services, ensuring a coordinated approach to each person’s needs.

WALK’s core specialisations include facilitating independent living, arranging inclusive educational opportunities, and creating pathways to meaningful work. The charity actively partners with educators, employers and industry leaders—such as its recent collaboration with Sysco Ireland’s Purpose Academy—to deliver tailored training and on‑the‑job experience. Recent accolades, including the Empower Tech Futures Fund award, underscore WALK’s commitment to digital and technology skill development for young adults aged 18‑30.
