HOUSE OF RISING HOOPERS LIMITED

House of Rising Hoopers (HRH) is a specialist basketball development programme founded in January 2024 by former international players Emer Howard and Maeve Coleman. Targeting serious hoopers with at least a year’s experience who have already mastered the fundamentals, HRH delivers advanced, coach‑led training designed to push players to the next level of skill, confidence and basketball IQ.

The core offering consists of three distinct sessions. The HRH Skills Lab is a two‑hour group workshop held every Friday from 6‑8 pm at Gormanston Park, where professional coaches focus on the finer points of the game that regular team training often overlooks. The HRH Elite Private Lab provides personalised 60‑minute one‑on‑one coaching on Mondays and Wednesdays (4‑6 pm) at ALSAA, tailoring drills and feedback to each player’s position and objectives. A forthcoming HRH Sniper Session will give players the chance to fire off 1 200 shots in an hour using CT+ Dr Dish shooting machines. In addition, HRH offers a range of organic‑cotton apparel, including t‑shirts, hoodies and a reversible top.

With a proven track record that includes eight Ireland internationals, multiple scholarship placements in the USA and a prospect in a German academy, HRH combines elite coaching credentials (FIBA Level 2 and Level 3 licences) with a supportive environment that nurtures ambition and talent.
