Change Clothes COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE is a registered Irish charity (RCN 20206974) dedicated to making clothing reuse creative, social and accessible for everyone. By operating a blend of retail, education, production and redistribution programmes, the organisation turns the simple act of swapping garments into a community‑powered movement that is fun, affordable and full of possibilities.

The charity’s core services include a vibrant Swap shop, regular Events, and a range of hands‑on programmes such as Produce, Scrap, Train, Styling and a dedicated Shop offering Mystery Packs, bespoke made‑to‑order items and Change Clothes products. Workshops cover everything from beginner sewing‑machine lessons and darning with Project Prolong to up‑cycling sessions in the re‑maker space. Ongoing initiatives like the Swap Kit, “Train the Trainer” for youth workers and regular fabric‑sale “Scrap” events provide practical skills and resources for all ages and abilities.
