AwakenHub is a women‑founder community dedicated to levelling the playing field for female entrepreneurs across the island of Ireland. Founded by four women from different parts of the country, the organisation tackles the stark funding disparity – only 2 per cent of global capital goes to women‑only founded businesses – by removing barriers to investment, scale and success for founders at every stage, from the curious newcomer to the seasoned scaling leader.

The hub offers a suite of services through its private AwakenClub, including bespoke events, peer‑to‑peer programmes, shared intelligence and access to the AwakenAngels syndicate for raising capital. Members also benefit from “Big Sisters” mentorship, ecosystem signposting and advocacy work aimed at creating an equitable founder journey regardless of gender or location. With over 3,000 women already on its mailing list, AwakenHub provides a vibrant, supportive network that connects founders, allies and investors, fostering the growth of dynamic, successful women‑led businesses throughout Ireland.
