Tullacondra Green Energy Limited is a renewable‑energy developer dedicated to delivering large‑scale wind power projects that help Ireland meet its climate ambitions. Based in the townlands of Tullacondra, Ardskeagh and Poulnareagh outside Lisgriffin in North Cork, the company is currently constructing a nine‑turbine wind farm with 100 m hub heights and 175 m blade‑tip reaches, linked to the national grid via a 38 kV underground cable to the Mallow 110 kV sub‑station.

The project is designed to generate clean electricity for more than 30 000 homes while avoiding the emission of 47 495 tonnes of CO₂ each year. In line with Cork County Council’s Climate Action Plan and broader EU and UN sustainability targets, Tullacondra Green Energy will establish a €3.75 million Community Benefit Fund, administered locally, and create around 150 direct and indirect jobs, prioritising local suppliers for engineering, materials, equipment hire and catering. The development adheres to stringent noise, shadow‑flicker and setback guidelines, ensuring minimal impact on nearby dwellings and the surrounding environment.
