BIRR AND DISTRICT AUTO CLUB LIMITED

Birr & District Motor Club Limited is a community‑driven motoring organisation that has been celebrating over fifty years of rallying, autocross and autotesting in the heart of County Offaly. The club brings together enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels, offering a friendly platform for members to compete, socialise and develop their driving talents across a range of disciplines, from the popular Turkey Chaser Autotest to the challenging Birr Stages Rally.

Key services include the planning and delivery of regular club meetings, championship events and endurance trials, as well as the provision of club‑branded merchandise that can be ordered online. The club also maintains up‑to‑date championship standings for Munster and national series, and supplies comprehensive event documentation such as registrations, test diagrams and results. Meetings are currently held in the Obama Plaza meeting rooms in Moneygall, while many of the club’s activities, including the upcoming rally on 29 March 2026, take place in and around Birr.

With a strong emphasis on camaraderie and motorsport excellence, Birr & District Motor Club serves both seasoned competitors and newcomers, fostering a vibrant motoring community throughout the region.
