Aer Soléir Finance Designated Activity Company is a Dublin‑based developer dedicated to accelerating Europe’s clean‑energy transition. Specialising in utility‑scale on‑shore wind, solar photovoltaic and battery‑storage projects, the firm adopts a resource‑lite model that partners with local developers through Development Services Agreements, while retaining oversight of financing, procurement, contracting and power‑offtake.

The company’s core services span the full development lifecycle—from early‑stage site identification and permitting to project finance, engineering, construction and long‑term asset management. Aer Soléir’s expertise is underpinned by a senior team that has collectively delivered more than 45 GW of renewable capacity worldwide, raised over €5 bn in project finance and secured multi‑gigawatt contracts for generation, construction and corporate offtake.

Since its launch in April 2021, Aer Soléir has built a 2.2 GW pipeline across Greece, Italy, Ireland, Spain and Portugal, including a 417 MW advanced‑stage on‑shore wind portfolio in Greece.
