The organisation exists to share practical skills in building, making, mending and growing, believing that the collective knowledge of its community can forge a truly sustainable future.

At the heart of the centre’s offering is the Build School, a hands‑on programme that equips participants with the confidence and expertise to undertake self‑build, DIY and construction projects – from timber‑framed homes to eco‑friendly cabins abroad. Complementary workshops cover a wide range of topics, including sustainable food‑system design, handmade gift‑making, home‑repair weekends and kitchen‑cabinet makeovers, all delivered by experienced facilitators such as Lizzy Madden and Fionn Kidney. The 50‑acre site also provides serene accommodation for individuals and groups, creating a welcoming hub for learning, exploration and connection.
