The Association of Irish Musical Societies (AIMS) is the national voice for musical-theatre societies across Ireland. Operating as a company limited by guarantee, AIMS brings together amateur and community groups, offering them a unified platform to share resources, ideas and opportunities.

AIMS is organised into six regional divisions, each overseen by an elected committee that coordinates workshops, concerts and other activities for the benefit of its member societies. These regional bodies feed into the AIMS National Council, ensuring that local perspectives shape national initiatives and that the vibrant tradition of musical theatre receives consistent support and advocacy.
