KGK Community Development Company Limited by Guarantee is a not‑for‑profit organisation founded in 2022 to champion rural regeneration and community development across the Knockanore, Glendine and Kilwatermoy (KGK) area of west County Waterford. Its core mission is to enhance the quality of life for local residents and the wider public by delivering and maintaining high‑quality amenities that foster social cohesion and a vibrant rural environment.

Since its inception, KGK has overseen the creation of a new astroturf pitch and a well‑used walkway, officially opened on 5 July, providing immediate recreational space for families, sports clubs and community groups. Looking ahead, the company is driving ambitious projects such as a 500‑metre lit walkway, a purpose‑built community complex and a welcoming community park, all designed to broaden the range of facilities available to the area.
