The Countess Advocacy Company Limited by Guarantee is a voluntary, non‑partisan human‑rights organisation dedicated to defending the privacy, dignity and safety of women and children across Ireland. Drawing on a diverse membership that includes students, single mums, health‑care professionals, teachers, lawyers and members of the Irish diaspora, the group campaigns for a balanced public conversation on the impact of gender‑identity politics, particularly the consequences of the Gender Recognition Act.

Through a combination of research‑based articles, public statements and an ever‑growing library of resources, toolkits and template documents, The Countess equips activists, families and professionals with the information they need to speak up on eight key pillars of concern – from language and legislation to prisons, safeguarding in schools, the transition of minors, sport, and lesbian erasure.
