Yoga Darśana Company Limited by Guarantee is a not‑for‑profit yoga studio based in the tranquil seaside neighbourhood of Salthill, Galway. Inspired by the Sanskrit term *darśana* – “mirror or reflection” – the studio views yoga as a reflective practice that reveals the soul through thought and movement. All profits generated from regular classes and workshops are reinvested to provide free or subsidised sessions for individuals whose (dis)ability, socio‑economic or cultural circumstances might otherwise prevent them from practising.

The studio offers a diverse timetable of daily classes for every ability, from gentle introductory sessions to more demanding practices that build strength, balance, stamina, focus and awareness. Teachers are fully certified and bring specialist expertise in styles such as Iyengar, ensuring safe, personalised guidance for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. In addition to its public schedule, Yoga Darśana runs a dedicated Sunday class at 1 pm for groups who would benefit from inclusive, community‑focused yoga.
