Skyline Flying Club Limited is a community‑driven aviation school founded in early 2018 by a group of passionate flyers. As a fully‑insured Registered Training Facility approved by the Irish Aviation Authority, the club offers safe, affordable flight training and aircraft rental for anyone keen to take to the skies.

Based at Abbeyshrule Aerodrome in County Longford, Skyline operates from a 2 000‑foot tarmac runway with a modern hangar and welcoming clubhouse where members can plan flights, check the weather and enjoy a cup of tea before each sortie. Training is conducted on the UrbanAir Samba XXL (registration EI‑EHY), a forgiving, high‑visibility microlight that cruises at 90 knots, making it ideal for both Private Pilot (Microlight) and National Private Pilot licences.

The club’s experienced instructors – founding CFI Roy White, commercial pilot Aaron Dineen and IT‑savvy aviator Luis Peromarta – deliver personalised ground school and in‑flight tuition.
