Sporting Pride Company Limited By Guarantee is a non-profit organisation dedicated to bridging the gap between sport and the LGBTQ+ community throughout Ireland. By championing inclusivity, the charity uses sport as a catalyst for breaking down societal barriers and fostering a safer, more welcoming environment for all participants.

The organisation's core activities include the development of LGBTQ+ sports clubs-providing resources, guidance and financial support to help them thrive-alongside a vibrant calendar of events for athletes of every level. Sporting Pride also offers expert advice and policy guidance to ally organisations, collaborates with local clubs, national governing bodies and other non-profits, and fields an inclusive Team Ireland for multi-sport competitions such as the EuroGames and Gay Games. Through these initiatives, Sporting Pride creates lasting partnerships and empowers a dynamic community of queer athletes to compete, connect and celebrate together.
