Shelbourne Academy Limited is a youth football organisation dedicated to nurturing the next generation of Irish talent. Operating under the Shelbourne FC Youth Academy banner, the club runs a range of age-group teams-from the Little Reds for the youngest players up to competitive Under-14 and Under-17 squads-providing a structured pathway for aspiring footballers to develop their skills, game understanding and personal confidence.

The academy's programme is bolstered by strong partnerships and sponsorships, most recently with GLS as the main shirt sponsor of the Under-14 Premier DDSL side. In addition to regular league action, Shelbourne Academy offers UEFA-accredited coaching courses, showcases its achievements through club news and a vibrant gallery, and engages the wider community via newsletters and upcoming events.
