Creative Mindfulness Limited is Ireland’s premier provider of children’s mindfulness teacher training. Through its Creative Mindfulness method, the company equips teachers, therapists, mental‑health professionals, parents and anyone with an interest in wellbeing to deliver mindfulness programmes to children aged 4‑12. All courses are delivered online, giving learners the freedom to start when it suits them and to retain lifetime access to a wealth of resources.

The training package includes weekly live webinars and three‑times‑weekly practice sessions led by founder Louise Shanagher, a comprehensive Mindful Heart Curriculum of ten adaptable lesson plans, over 100 instructional videos, guided meditations, workbooks and additional teaching aids. The programme is internationally recognised, holding accreditation from the International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance (IMMA), Continuing Professional Development (CPD) bodies and the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT).
