Through a structured twelve-month journey-from identifying personal stressors in September to showcasing final projects at the B!G Showcase in May-students work in teams, build empathy, prototype ideas and receive expert mentorship from leading partners such as PA Consulting, Unum, MSD and Microsoft. The initiative bridges education and business, delivering hands-on, real-world learning at scale while fostering a growth mindset, collaboration and resilient communication.
