Donegal Pens Limited is a family‑run workshop that hand‑crafts wooden writing instruments in the heart of the Donegal Gaeltacht, County Donegal. Founded in 2010 by brothers Rónán and Conor Mc Garvey when they were just 13 and 10 years old, the company turns and assembles each pen in its Loughanure studio, giving every piece a unique character and a meticulous finish.

The product range spans a wide variety of native and exotic woods – from Irish bog oak, yew and ash to olive, ebony, cherry, purple‑heart and spalted beech – all of which can be personalised with laser engraving.
