The Association of Irish Professional Conference Organisers (AIPCO) is the leading professional body for conference organisers in Ireland. Founded in 1999, the not-for-profit company limited by guarantee brings together more than 200 conference professionals, representing a substantial international delegate flow and delivering conferences worldwide.

AIPCO's core activities centre on advocacy, education and networking. In partnership with Fáilte Ireland it runs a series of educational events, hosts the flagship Business Tourism Conference each February, and offers a structured programme of workshops and webinars to help members sharpen their skills and stay ahead of industry trends. The association also recognises emerging talent through the Bob Moony Award and provides a searchable "Find a PCO" service for organisations seeking expert conference-planning support.
