Formula Female Limited is a dedicated charity that creates clear pathways for young women to enter the world of motorsport. By blending the excitement of racing with hands‑on STEM education, the organisation engages, educates and empowers girls across Ireland, helping them to discover and develop talent both on‑track and off‑track.

Since launching the pioneering Go Girls Karting & STEM initiative in 2019, Formula Female has delivered programmes to more than 2 500 teenage girls, offering interactive karting sessions, science‑technology‑engineering‑motorsport workshops and mentorship that spark lasting interest. In partnership with Init Esports, the only global sim‑racing company owned by a woman, the Sim 4 STEM programme extends this reach internationally, combining virtual racing with the proven Go Girls STEM curriculum.

Through its focus on engagement, education, empowerment, talent discovery and a tangible pathway to participation, Formula Female is shaping a future where girls not only dream of the track but have the confidence and support to turn those dreams into reality.
