The Irish Spa and Beauty Association (ISA) is a not-for-profit organisation established in 2019 to champion professionalism and growth across Ireland's spa and beauty sector. By providing a hub of community resources, networking events and real-time discussion forums, ISA helps members stay ahead of industry challenges while acting as an authoritative voice on policy matters that affect health, social and economic prosperity, including the burgeoning travel-wellness market.

Through its membership programme, ISA drives continuous improvement in the quality of training, standards, environmental sustainability and wellness inclusion. The association also collaborates with partners such as Image Skillnet to deliver workforce-development initiatives and specialist events, including the Winter Business Review & Networking gathering. Founded by industry veterans Anita Murray and Peigín Crowley, ISA unites spa and beauty professionals nationwide, offering a collective platform that strengthens the sector's voice and impact.
