Rumi Foundation Ireland Company Limited By Guarantee is a charitable organisation that channels the Verjee family's commitment to positive social change. Since 2006 the foundation has built a portfolio of initiatives across the UK and beyond, all united by a focus on education, innovation and entrepreneurship. By identifying and nurturing talent in young people, Rumi Foundation aims to empower future leaders and support organisations that can create a kinder, more harmonious society.

The foundation's work spans a diverse range of programmes, from the WE Day UK movement that inspires young people to become change-makers, to collaborations with the Obama Foundation that foster compassionate leadership.
