The Irish Banking Culture Board (IBCB) is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee that works hand-in-hand with Ireland's member banks to rebuild public trust. Its core mission is to improve banking culture, raise customer outcomes and enhance competence across the sector, underpinned by a belief that a healthier culture delivers better results for people and communities.

Through a focused work programme for both customers and staff, the IBCB promotes ethical behaviour, humanity, decency and respect. It provides guidance, training and resources - such as the online Hub for Financial Resilience Training for key workers and young people - and champions initiatives like the Common Commitment of Care on problem gambling. Regular publications, including annual reports and conduct-standards papers, keep stakeholders informed of progress and best practice.
