The National Association of Community Enterprise Centres (NACEC) - operating as the Community Enterprise Association Ireland (CEAI) - is a not-for-profit organisation that champions Ireland's network of community-owned enterprise centres and hubs. Based in Navan, County Meath, CEAI works nationally to empower local communities, foster innovation and drive balanced regional growth.

Through its flagship QHubs Programme, CEAI promotes quality, data-led impact and performance excellence across the sector. It also delivers continuous learning, career development and professionalisation pathways - including Recognition of Prior Learning - while building strong collaborations with policymakers, academia, industry and funders. A core focus is embedding Sustainable Development Goal-aligned innovation and green growth, ensuring the sector contributes to national priorities such as Enterprise Ireland's Delivering for Ireland, the Government's White Paper on Enterprise and the 2025 Climate Action Plan.
