My Learner ID Limited, the educational arm of the Educational Company of Ireland, delivers a forward‑thinking programme that helps learners discover “how to learn” and embrace their identity as lifelong learners. Conceived by Dr Suzanne Parkinson, a Developmental and Educational Psychologist, the My Learner ID framework draws on Personal Construct Psychology to give each learner insight into their own learning style while enabling teachers, parents and peers to understand those styles as well.

The core offering centres on authentic, assessment‑for‑learning tools that champion learner well‑being, voice, ownership and responsibility. In practice this means a suite of Pupil Record Books and Evaluation Booklets, priced at €12.95 and €14.95, which support personalised tracking and reflective practice. The programme also features multimedia resources, such as the Féiltes Teaching Council Conference video, to showcase its impact and inspire wider adoption.
