Crann Centre Company Limited by Guarantee is a charitable organisation dedicated to providing life-long, holistic support for children, adults and families living with neuro-physical disabilities. Based in Ovens, Co. Cork, Crann serves individuals across Cork and the wider Munster region, offering a unique 2-Generation (2Gen) Model of Care that intentionally supports both the person with a disability and their family throughout every stage of life.

The centre's comprehensive programme spans health and continence management, education and career pathways, mobility solutions, independent living support and the development of social capital. All services are delivered within a state-of-the-art, fully accessible 13,500 sq ft facility, which also houses Ireland's first fully accessible playground and leisure area, an accessible conservation site, and the Impact Hub - a co-working space designed for disabled entrepreneurs and employees.

Through personalised care plans and a multidisciplinary team of experts, Crann empowers individuals with conditions such as spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy and multiple sclerosis to achieve greater independence, wellbeing and community participation.
