LIFT IRELAND FOUNDATION

Lift Ireland Foundation is a social-enterprise dedicated to building positive, sustainable leadership across the island. Its flagship LIFT programme - "Leading Ireland's Future Together" - is an eight-part, group-learning experience that guides participants through a five-step, self-reflective roundtable process centred on core human values such as listening, respect, empathy and accountability. By translating proven psychological theory into practical, everyday actions, LIFT helps individuals of all ages develop the self-awareness and behavioural habits needed to influence others positively.

The organisation delivers the programme through a nationwide network of facilitators, corporate partners, schools and community groups. Offerings include in-person and online leadership roundtables, a dedicated Primary Schools Programme, corporate partnership opportunities that channel contributions to charitable and community projects, and a podcast series that shares insights on better leadership. Since its launch, more than 140,000 participants from the public, private and third-sector have taken part, and the ambition is to reach half a million people within the next decade.

Based in Dublin and operating across Ireland, Lift Ireland invites individuals, businesses and community organisations to join the movement, "Living LIFT", and help shape a more collaborative and thriving future for the country.
