Company Description
Conor Ronan Offshore Wind Limited, part of the Ronan Group Renewables, is a 100 % Irish-owned leader in renewable-energy investment with more than a quarter of a century of offshore experience. The company holds a share in Ireland's largest fixed offshore project - the Codling Wind Park - which is slated to deliver up to 1.3 GW of capacity, and it is now concentrating on developing Killybegs as the premier staging port for floating offshore wind on the west coast.
Through its Killybegs Port Service, Ronan Group provides end-to-end logistics for the offshore sector, offering deep-water berths (12 m depth, 1,200 m of berthage) capable of handling vessels up to 40,000 t, 48 acres of on-site storage, 24-hour berthing, and a full ships-agency operation. Complementary services include lay-down and warehousing, as well as support for floating offshore wind installations. The group also manages a portfolio of 12 active wind farms, 200 forestry plantations and continues to develop on-shore renewable opportunities.
Aligned with the government's 70 % renewable-energy target for 2030, Conor Ronan Offshore Wind drives the transition by maximising Ireland's world-class wind and solar resources, delivering cost-effective, clean power to the national grid and positioning the country at the forefront of the global energy transition.
